RTMD The Label began on an island you may never have visited, but whose spirit you will feel in every piece.

Rhondel Trevor Michael Dickson grew up in St. Vincent and the Grenadines a place of extraordinary beauty. As a child, he was drawn to his mother's sewing machine before he could fully understand why. By seven, he was hemming his own school trousers. By eighteen, he had watched Fashion TV for the first time and everything shifted.

His mother, Rhonda, believed in him when few others did. She wrote a personal letter to a British businessman on the island of Mustique, securing Rhondel a sponsored place at Coventry University in the UK. That letter changed the course of his life and the course of this brand.

In the UK, Rhondel built Fashion House Caribbean a business designed to elevate Caribbean designers and bring their work to the world. He secured partnerships with the iconic Cotton House on Mustique. He built a modelling agency. He taught sewing. He designed for major brands. He mastered the craft.

And then he joined the Royal Navy. Not as a departure from fashion but as a discipline that would shape everything that came after.

Six years later, RTMD The Label is the result of a life lived between two worlds: the raw, vivid beauty of the Caribbean and the refined, precise tradition of British craft.

It is a brand for those always reaching toward beauty, toward excellence, toward the life they can already feel but have not yet fully inhabited.
